The Angels of Death operate strictly under the 1%er code meaning:
- The weapons members will be using are limited to ARs, Pump Shotguns, Pistols, Melee Weapons, and Moltov Cocktails. The ONLY exception is if a non- 1%er weapon is used against the member. In this situation the member will screenshot the incident and will be open to use the same weapon class.
- At no time will military grade equipment such as jets, helicopters, and tanks be used. If an enemy uses military equipment against the member explosives will be allowed to remove the enemy from the vehicle. Once removed, 1%er weapons are expected.
- Members are expected to ride a chopper style motorcycle, a crew van, or crew pickup when in public lobbies. Mission required vehicles are an exception. e.g. The member may be required to fly a helicopter for a drug running mission. This is acceptable.
- The patch is to be worn at all times unless consent is given from a hierarchy member.
- Members will not fire upon another crew unless hostile act is shown first. Hostile act includes: Firing at the member, attempting to melee the member with WEAPON IN HAND, and intentional or repetitive vehicle attacks. If a hostile act occurs be sure to record it for use against the aggressor.
- Every member is required to use Free Aim NO EXCEPTIONS
- At no time will a member kill another member. This pertains to public free roam lobbies, any event including another club, and during club internal events.
- During unanimous votes if an absent member fails to place their proxy vote within three days the vote becomes invalid. The member will be notified and reminded each day of the required vote until it becomes void.
- The Club's colors are red and black. Members are expected but not required to represent the clubs colors. Club events will require members to represent club colors in some form.
- Angels of Death is the only crew members will be associated with.
- New patches are required to be active in the club for a minimum of one month before being eligible for hierarchy positions.
Failure to adhere to the bylaws will result in punitive action. The offense and corrective action will be discussed at church. Some offenses may result in immediate removal from the club or loss of position.
Prospect Rules
- Prospects will obey all orders from patched members. If a member is telling a prospect to do something there is a reason for it.
- Prospects will wear their patches at all times.
- Prospects will ride the matte black Hexer that was given to them during the hangaround phase.
- Prospects must respect patch members from their club and other friendly clubs at all times.
- Prospects are expected to ride at the rear of formation. They will be behind patched members ahead of the hangarounds. They will park in the same manner.
- If a patch member falls off their bike during rides at least one prospect will wait back with them.
- Prospects will drive the club vehicles if they are needed during a ride.
- When patch members go inside a building prospects are expected to pull security at the door.
- Never ask how much time it will require to make full patch.
- Prospects will never enter the chapel.
- If members are discussing club business prospects are expected to be quiet. There is a time and a place to chime in.
- Prospects are expected to check in with their sponsor when they come online. If a sponsor is not available the prospect will report to the next available member.
Prospecting is not made to be easy. All prospects will be tested and pushed to see if they are loyal and worthy to wear the winged skull.
Hangaround Expectations
- A hangaround is not a member of the crew. The purpose of the hangaround is for patched members to feel out potential prospects.
- The sole purpose of the hangaround is to get to know members with the goal of becoming a prospect. Meet the patch members and memorize the hierarchy.
- Stay active and become familiar with how the club presents themselves and how it interacts with the community.
- Hangarounds are expected to follow all bylaws and the 1%er code.
- Hangarounds will wear the black leather cut and one of the three available black Angels of Death t-shirts at all times.
- Hangarounds will ride a matte black Hexer at all times.
- Hangarounds will ride and park at the rear of the formation.
- Hangarounds are to respect patch members and prospects at all times. Prospects have put time and work into the club. They will not give orders but they will receive respect from hangarounds.
- If there is an unclear situation or order ask questions. It is best to ask questions if something isn't clear. This is the learning stage to prepare a hangaround for prospect duties and basic club business.
